Fire Wrecks Expo '92 Pavilion

Fire destroyed a large pavilion at Expo '92 here today, and organizers of the world's fair said they did not plan to rebuild it. The blaze, which the authorities said was accidental, broke out as workers were putting finishing touches on the building, which was to have housed Spanish exhibits. No injuries were reported. The fair is to run from April 20 through Oct. 12.
